View the Rapid Response Protocols – This is a guide to the positions that need to be filled upon arrival, and the tasks that each role should complete.  As always, if you don’t feel comfortable staying in the role that you’re filling, you’re always able to change with another team member when they arrive.  It is, however, imperative that early arriving team members establish a foundation for the rest of the team as they arrive.
